By placing an order at norbord.no, you accept these Terms of Sale. The conditions are based on applicable Norwegian laws, including the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the E-commerce Act, and the GDPR.
Products:
We sell furniture and decor items made of wood and epoxy resin. Several of our products are handmade and unique.
Custom-made orders are handled manually and are subject to separate terms of sale.
Prices and Payment:
All prices are listed in NOK (Norwegian kroner) and include VAT.
⚠️ Please note: our company is not yet VAT registered. Registration is expected from August 2025.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) – via Stripe
- Klarna – via Stripe
- Vipps – directly via Vipps
- Invoice – available upon prior agreement, primarily for businesses. Payment term: 14 days. The invoice is sent to the provided email after order confirmation.
Delivery:
We currently deliver only within Norway.
We use Bring, Posten, and PostNord for shipping.
Delivery time: 2–14 days, usually 5–7 business days.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after the purchase. The sales agreement is considered binding once the order is confirmed.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with §21–§25 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return terms:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Notice of return must be sent to post@norbord.no
Note: According to §22 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Complaints and Warranty:
All products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact post@norbord.no
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach photos or videos if applicable
We will respond to complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve the issue promptly.
Privacy:
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data is used solely for order fulfillment and shared only with necessary payment and logistics partners.
Age Requirements:
There is no age restriction for placing an order. Orders can be made by any individual with legal capacity under Norwegian law.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of disputes, we aim to resolve the issue amicably.
