In the workshop of the NORBORD furniture studio, you can have a table made in 2–3 weeks from a unique shape and pattern of oak, cherry, apple, walnut or olive wood and decorate it according to your wishes.

Wood and epoxy resin coffee table tops

We choose the best wood for our table tops – solid, good quality slabs of 3 cm thick or more.

We are no less attentive to the processing of the material at each stage – we carefully observe the technology of polymerization of resin, mixing of its colors in the pattern, and finishing sanding of the layer.

    - Wood species: cherry, oak, apple, olive, walnut.
    - Table top shape: circle, ellipse, rectangle with straight or rounded corners.
    - Edge: natural, conveying the natural texture of the slab edge, or coordinated.
    - Dimensions: thickness up to 7 cm, diameter up to 130 cm.

Epoxy resin coffee table legs

We make each epoxy coffee table manually.

The legs for each are welded into a single support structure from a rectangular section profile. The thickness of the profile metal is 2–3 mm. The shape can be any – right angle, separate supports, C-shaped arrangement, etc.

To protect the metal from corrosion, the profile is covered with a polymer layer, the color of which you can choose to your taste or match the tone of the table top.

    - Legs material: steel hollow profile of rectangular cross-section.
    - Coating: powder polymer.
    - Assembly: manual welding.

Properties and features of coffee tables

Wooden furniture lasts for decades, and if reinforced with epoxy resin – even longer due to the strong binder, while also giving originality to the appearance of the table top.

With proper care, the life of the tables is unlimited. The materials used for production are environmentally friendly and safe.

Cast polymerized epoxy resin after curing and coating with a protective layer of varnish becomes moderately resistant to ultraviolet light, temperature fluctuations, and humidity.
Therefore, from accidentally spilled coffee the table will not suffer, as well as will not tarnish from periodic exposure to the sun.
